Job summary
The [REDACTED] Consulting Services team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join us in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for the on site delivery and implementation of our solutions and offerings. You'll gain an understanding of our customers' infrastructure and business challenges and make recommendations fitting for their environment that create possibilities and solve problems for our customers. This role is ideal for a platform consultant who wants to grow their knowledge and work in a fast-paced environment promoting [REDACTED] solutions.
Primary job responsibilities
- Routinely assess, design, and implement [REDACTED]'s core offerings including [REDACTED] Satellite, [REDACTED] Enterprise Virtualization, high performance computing, and grid computing
- Be the subject matter expert at the client site, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs
- Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions
- Adapt to changing customer requirements
- Respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner
