Job Overview

We're looking for a talented UX Writer to join one of our clients' teams and help craft clear, user-friendly, and engaging content across the platform's interfaces. This role requires creativity, strong writing skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to simplify complex information while maintaining a consistent, friendly tone aligned with the brand identity.

Role Objective

The UX Writer will be responsible for crafting all textual content within the application and its dashboards. Your writing should help users understand services easily, navigate smoothly, and make confident decisions. You will ensure a unified tone of voice across both Arabic and English, delivering consistent messaging and supporting the platform's overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write UI copy including buttons, labels, placeholders, and error messages.
• Create and refine system messages, notifications, and pop-ups in a clear and engaging style.
• Develop UX content that guides users throughout service browsing and booking journeys.
• Contribute to building a unified tone of voice and language style guide for the platform.
