📋 Description
- Design and develop user-centric interfaces for SAP Fiori applications within JTMS
- Ensure all designs comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Partner closely with developers for accurate execution of designs
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, especially for defense and military applications
- Support the [REDACTED] program and its global transportation and logistics mission
🎯 Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience
- Expertise building and designing SAP Fiori-based interfaces
- Understanding of SAP environments and business processes
- Ability to design solutions meeting Section 508 accessibility standards
- Strong grounding in UX principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests
- Experience with SAP UI5 and SAP Web IDE
- Understanding of responsive design best practices
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Prior exposure to defense-related projects
- Ability to work across developers, PMs, and stakeholders
- Experience supporting SAP technical architecture migration to public cloud
- Bachelor’s in Design, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years specifically focused on SAP Fiori and SAP systems
- Portfolio demonstrating past UI/UX projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Secret clearance required to begin employment
- Up to 10% local travel required
