- Digital Brand Execution: Every video and graphic must adhere to the [REDACTED] visual identity to maintain trust and academic excellence.
- Agile Content Iteration: You will collaborate with the Creative Director to rapidly test different video hooks and visual styles based on enrollment performance data.
- Multimedia Asset Management: Organizing a robust library of video clips and B-roll ensures the team can pivot quickly for urgent marketing needs.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years related experience
- Preferably based in the West Lafayette area, but not required.
Required Competencies:
- Video Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required for this role.
- Visual Storytelling: You should demonstrate an ability to distill a student’s career journey into a 15-second compelling visual narrative.
- Platform Expertise: A deep understanding of the technical specifications and audience behaviors on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram is essential.
- Accessibility Standards: Ensuring all video content includes proper captioning and meets ADA requirements is a non-negotiable part of our commitment to an inclusive community.
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, organized, efficient, detail-oriented, unassailable focus on the basics, accountable, enthusiastic, able to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to balance multiple, competing directions and manage multiple projects successfully.
- Ability to meet all deadlines and work independently.
- Familiarity with ADA Accessibility Guidelines.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite software, such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, as well as Google applications such as Gmail, Chat and Meet.
