📋 Description

• Process orders across multiple products.
• Perform image adjustments and proof-reading.
• Provide customer service and address post-sales inquiries.
• Ensure spelling and grammar in card and stationery orders.
• Ensure proper photo placement.
• Carry out advanced image enhancements, including color correction, brightness/contrast adjustment, redeye removal, object removal, and blemish removal.
• Address customer questions relating to image quality and resolution.
• Perform order processing and quality assurance under limited supervision.
• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as needed by the department.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have worked with us previously during Q4.
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Some AI Experience.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook & Word.
• Must live in the following States: CA, AZ, IL, MN, NJ, UT, WA, WI
• Must be available to work at least one day per weekend through December.
• Be available to work one of the following shifts: 8:30AM-5:30PM or 11:30AM-8:30PM or 3:30PM-12:30AM Pacific or 5:30PM and 10:30PM.
• Schedules may range from part-time to full-time with the possibility of some overtime.
