Product & UX Testing Intern

About the role:

We are looking for a Product & UX Testing Intern to help us test and improve our live digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test live products across different user journeys and workflows.
• Identify bugs, broken flows, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
• Test websites and product features from a real users perspective.
• Document issues clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected vs. actual behaviour.
• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Test products across different browsers and devices.
• Work closely with product, design, and development teams to track and resolve issues.
• Suggest improvements that can make the product simpler, clearer, and easier to use.
• Retest fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how products work.
• Good understanding of websites, apps, and basic digital user flows.
• Ability to think from a users perspective, not just identify technical errors.
