Product Specialist (UK&I) – Remote – £55k

Role: Product Specialist Type: Permanent Salary: up to £55,000 per annum DOE + benefits Location: Fully remote (UK or Ireland)

We're working with a rapidly growing HealthTech organisation that's looking to hire a Product Specialist to join their collaborative team. This is a brand-new role created as the business continues to scale, giving you the opportunity to shape the position and make a real impact.

This isn't your typical product role. You'll become the go-to expert for the company's software, working across Product, Projects and Customer Success to support implementations, configure solutions, deliver training and help shape future product development.

Responsibilities

You'll work closely with the Product and Project teams while becoming the product expert customers rely on.

Responsibilities include:

• Configuring the software during customer implementations
• Becoming the subject matter expert for the product suite
• Delivering customer training and onboarding
• Producing user guides, test scripts and implementation documentation
• Understanding customer workflows and gathering requirements
• Feeding customer feedback into the Product team to influence future development
• Acting as the first point of contact for product queries, resolving configuration issues where possible and coordinating technical escalations
• Working collaboratively across Product, Projects and Technical teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
• This role is predominantly product-focused, with support forming a smaller part of the position.

Skills

• Experience within Healthcare or HealthTech (essential)
• Previous experience in a Product Specialist, Application Specialist or Software Specialist role
• Software configuration and implementation experience
• Experience writing or executing test scripts/UAT
• Delivering customer training or onboarding
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

You'll be someone who:

• Has around 3-4+ years' commercial experience
• Enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies
• Is confident working directly with customers
• Can work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment

What's On Offer?

• Salary up to £55,000 DOE
• Fully remote working across the UK or Ireland
• Occasional travel to customer sites or company offices (typically no more than 1-2 times per month, fully expensed where applicable)
