📋 Description

• Translate high-level product strategy into epics, requirements, and clear deliverables
• Preserve business goals, user needs, market constraints, and regulatory context throughout delivery
• Prioritize the backlog, challenge scope, and remove low-impact work
• Track timelines, identify risks and blockers, and ensure commitments are met
• Analyze data, user flows, and edge cases
• Write requirements and acceptance criteria
• Validate that shipped work solves the intended problem
• Align Engineering, Design, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and Project teams around shared goals
• Serve as the single point of truth on scope and status
• Report progress, trade-offs, and decisions to executives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fintech, crypto, or payments
• Solid understanding of crypto products, including wallets, on/off-ramps, cards, and trading
• Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and user flows
• Data-informed decision-making skills; SQL/BI is a plus
• Proven cross-functional experience with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams
• Strong execution discipline and ability to turn broad goals into shippable, trackable plans
• Excellent English, including clear written requirements and confident spoken communication
