🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business/Requirements Analyst on digital products;
• Experience leading agile projects and running team rituals (planning, refinement, review, and retrospective) using Scrum and/or Kanban;
• Experience with backlog/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar).
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with mobile apps (publication cycle in the App Store and Google Play);
• Experience with B2C products and/or data- or content-driven products;
• Familiarity with discovery, user interviews, and usability testing;
• Interest or knowledge in clean beauty, cosmetics, health, or sustainability;
• Certifications (CSPO, PSPO) or related education;
• Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams without being a developer.
