- Manage and drive the evolution of digital products
- Support the definition, organization, and prioritization of the product backlog
- Track and control deliverables defined during Agile ceremonies
- Ensure the squad’s deliverables are properly evidenced, organized, and documented
- Track the squad’s capacity and budget
- Gather, detail, analyze, and document functional requirements and business rules
- Work with business areas to understand demands, needs, and opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional artifacts
- Participate in planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track delivery development activities alongside the technical team
- Ensure requirements remain clear throughout the development cycle
- Support roadmap definition and product evolution planning
- Monitor metrics, results, and the impact of delivered features
- Support feature testing, validation, and acceptance
- Track data migration projects
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, products, and ways of working
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, business areas, technical teams, and other parties involved
- Support the identification of risks, impediments, dependencies, and prioritization needs
- Contribute to the organization of product processes, information, and documentation
🎯 Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, with prior experience working in Agile environments
- Knowledge of backlog management, organization, and prioritization
- Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
- Knowledge of requirements gathering and analysis
- Knowledge of business rules and software development processes
- Knowledge of digital products and product life cycles
- Knowledge of or experience with data migration projects
- Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, and Confluence or similar tools
- Knowledge of at least one Artificial Intelligence tool
- Knowledge of performance tracking, delivery planning, and capacity management
- Technical aptitude to understand solutions, integrations, system flows, and the impact of decisions on development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand different perspectives
- Professional maturity to handle decisions, priorities, conflicts, and scope changes
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Organization, accountability, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business areas and technical teams
- Courses, certifications, or knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, product management, business analysis, requirements engineering, project management, digital products, data migration, data integration and quality, management tools, Artificial Intelligence, and product metrics are considered a plus
- CSPO, PSPO, PSM, PMI, CBAP, or similar certifications are considered a plus when applicable to the candidate’s professional experience
