📋 Description

• Own a critical product domain across the suite of deposit products, such as Acquisition, Growth, or Retention
• Lead a cross-functional squad to build customer journeys and backend integrations
• Drive strategy and execution for a specific stage of the customer lifecycle across deposit products
• Work with engineers and designers on front-end customer journeys, backend architecture, data pipelines, and API integrations
• Run rapid A/B tests and launch targeted features
• Optimise user flows and improve domain-specific outcomes
• Use data to prioritise and optimise conversion funnels, customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and lifetime value
• Keep the customer at the heart of product plans and improve the digital journey

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a BaaS / SaaS environment is beneficial
• Experience in a dual track agile environment, balancing ongoing product discovery with rapid technical delivery
• Customer focus, including speaking to users, mapping customer journeys, and solving lifecycle pain points
• Proven experience owning a product domain such as Acquisition, Growth, or Retention and driving measurable impact
• Strong domain expertise in retail banking or fintech, specifically Savings and Current Accounts
• Understanding of system architecture, data models, and API integrations
• Ability to work effectively in technical discussions with engineering leads
• Ability to move fast and work in a high-growth environment
• Bias toward action and iterative delivery
