We pioneered the online dating industry as [REDACTED] in 1995. Even though we've dropped the ".com", [REDACTED] is still bringing millions of singles together to find love. Creating a sense of belonging doesn't stop at our products – it's the foundation of every team we hire.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office 3 days/week.

How you'll make an impact:

• Set our strategy and roadmap for innovating and improving the experience for singles on [REDACTED] for your focus area
• Make strategic and data-driven decisions about trade-offs, balance scope with quality, and communicate changes, decisions, and progress to stakeholders across the company at the right intervals
• Create wireframes, product pitches, and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of products and initiatives
• Review user data and metrics to measure business impact of a feature, and identify opportunities to evolve, communicating with senior management and various stakeholders along the way
• Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data analytics, to successfully deliver product initiatives from ideation to launch in a timely manner.
