Role: Product Manager – UI & Smart Brief
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Work Hours: US Time
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries)

Job Description:

Owns the product definition for the marketer experience in CT UI, especially the smart brief, user inputs, workflow logic, generation and template integration with [REDACTED] AI systems, integration with Client systems, and usability.

Expectations

• Define the product requirements for the UI, especially the operator experience.
• Work with [REDACTED] UX team to translate marketer needs into structured requirements, not abstract requests.
• Work with CTE NPI Program Leads, Marketing Process Transformation, and [REDACTED] to deliver UI & generation flows according to scope.
• Own the UI & smart brief design: what inputs are required, optional, derived, or auto populated by AI.
• Prioritize based on workflow feasibility, and user friction reduction.
• Align UI requirements with template logic, data sources, and workflow orchestration.
• Work with CT change management to implement workflow and prompt snippets that help marketers learn AI.
• Ensure product decisions reflect real marketer behavior.
