📋 Description

• Work with prospective customers to assess infrastructure requirements and design custom FishOS configurations based on technical fit with their hardware
• Build and maintain relationships with channel and technology partners who extend the [REDACTED] ecosystem
• Run product demos for inbound leads and product opportunities
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback
• Support customers through the full cycle: demo, configuration, contracting, and go-live
• Coordinate with the engineering team on delivery, ensuring customer commitments are realistic and met
• Stay current on OpenStack, Kubernetes, VMware, Ceph, and adjacent market developments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical product management, solutions engineering, or a pre-sales role in enterprise software or cloud infrastructure
• Strong enough technical understanding to work with system architecture and hardware fit
• Comfortable running demos and presenting to both technical and business audiences
• Experience working with channel partners and resellers
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
• Able to translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear language without losing accuracy
• Fluent English required; Russian, German, Dutch, French, or Swedish is a strong plus
• Experience with bid and tender preparation (nice to have)
• Education in law, and understanding of commercial contracts (nice to have)
• Prior startup or fast-growth environment experience (nice to have)
