📋 Description
- Own the product roadmap for one or more pharmacy-facing or patient-facing digital solutions, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Partner closely with pharmacy retail and pharma manufacturer clients to understand workflows, data structures, and unmet needs.
- Translate pharmacy claims, dispensing, and adherence data into product requirements that are technically sound and clinically relevant.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technology and commercial teams to deliver digital app and product experiences such as in-pharmacy tools, patient engagement apps, and digital resource centers.
- Define success metrics and use data to prioritize features and measure product performance.
- Manage the balance between client-specific customization and scalable, reusable product architecture.
- Support go-to-market efforts, including internal enablement and external-facing materials for partners.
- Stay current on pharmacy industry trends, regulatory considerations (HIPAA, TCPA, CTIA), and the competitive landscape.
- Work with a team of product managers using the Agile philosophy.
- Support analysis and deep insight of customer data, customer needs, and product portfolio to identify and evaluate opportunities, and adjust product features and improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy, or pharma-adjacent technology.
- Strong working knowledge of pharmacy data (claims, dispensing, adherence) and experience working with pharmacies as clients or partners.
- Experience building and shipping digital app or software product solutions (mobile, web, or platform-based).
- Comfort working with data to define metrics, interpret trends, and make data-informed product decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clinical, technical, creative, and commercial stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to internal leadership and external clients.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance considerations (HIPAA, patient data privacy) is a plus.
- Exposure to AI or machine learning driven product features and an interest in applying them to patient engagement use cases.
