📋 Description
- Own the product roadmap from discovery to launch
- Balance long-term platform improvements with customer-requested enhancements
- Partner with Customer Success to understand feedback and prioritize bugs and feature requests
- Decide what customer needs should be addressed immediately versus planned for the roadmap
- Work with Engineering and Design to turn customer needs into clear product requirements
- Keep cross-functional teams aligned throughout development
- Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day customer requests
- Collaborate across product teams on shared platform features, including workspaces, permissions, and navigation
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate product launches
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and create meaningful customer impact
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience owning a product roadmap from discovery through delivery
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success or Support teams
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience prioritizing multiple initiatives and keeping projects on track
- Experience gathering customer feedback and turning it into product requirements
- Experience launching MVPs and improving products through continuous iteration
- Experience making product decisions based on customer needs, business goals, and data
- Experience building products for mid-market or enterprise B2B customers is a bonus
- Experience with platform or infrastructure features such as permissions, workspaces, authentication, billing, or integrations is a bonus
- Experience supporting products with multiple user types, such as marketplaces or collaboration platforms, is a bonus
- Comfortable discussing technical solutions and trade-offs with Engineering teams
- Availability during core collaboration hours, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST
- Must be based within the EMEA time zone
