📋 Description

• Own platform features including workspaces, permissions, navigation, and collaboration
• Own the product roadmap from discovery to launch
• Balance long-term platform improvements with customer-requested enhancements
• Partner with Customer Success to understand feedback and prioritize bugs and feature requests
• Decide which customer needs should be addressed immediately versus planned for the roadmap
• Work with Engineering and Design to translate customer needs into clear product requirements
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned throughout development
• Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day customer requests
• Collaborate across product teams to ensure shared platform features support other teams and products
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate product launches
• Drive on-time delivery and meaningful customer impact
• Shape the roadmap and improve the product experience and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience owning a product roadmap from discovery through delivery
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success or Support teams
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience prioritizing multiple initiatives and keeping projects on track
• Experience gathering customer feedback and turning it into product requirements
• Experience launching MVPs and improving products through continuous iteration
• Experience making product decisions based on customer needs, business goals, and data
• Availability during core collaboration hours, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST
• Based within the EMEA time zone
• Bonus: Experience building products for mid-market or enterprise B2B customers
• Bonus: Experience working on platform or infrastructure features such as permissions, workspaces, authentication, billing, or integrations
• Bonus: Experience supporting products with multiple user types, such as marketplaces or collaboration platforms
• Comfortable discussing technical solutions and trade-offs with Engineering teams
