Requirements
- Strategic Execution: Implement the monthly commercial strategy, adapting tactics to the different stages of the customer lifecycle (activation, engagement, retention).
- KPI Management: Ensure and track the fulfillment of key metrics, adjusting actions in real-time to achieve goals.
- Squad Leadership: Coordinate inter-disciplinary collaboration within the team, integrating knowledge from various areas for flawless execution.
- Customer Insights: Identify pain points and opportunities in the customer experience to optimize their relationship with the brand.
- Growth & Experimentation: Design and implement campaigns based on advanced segmentation and A/B testing to constantly iterate and improve results.
