The Opportunity: Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the vision and evolution of our ERP platform.

This is not a role focused on maintaining an existing roadmap. You will help reshape the product, define how it should look and work, and collaborate with the engineering team as we build its next generation.

You will also be the primary product contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and reflected in the product direction.

Location: Canada (Remote)

The salary range for this role is $100,000–$140,000 CAD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.

What You'll Own

Product Vision and Platform Ownership

  • Own the future direction of the ERP platform, including product vision, priorities and long-term evolution.
  • Assess opportunities to modernize the current ERP platform, including evaluating rebuild versus enhancement paths and identifying where AI-enabled capabilities could improve workflows, efficiency, and customer value.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap grounded in customer needs and business impact.
  • Make clear decisions about what should be built, improved, delayed, or removed.

Customer Discovery and Product Design

  • Act as the primary product contact for customers, leading conversations to understand needs, pain points, and future requirements.
  • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback from users and internal teams.
  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
  • Design and Partner with engineering to create an intuitive product experience.

Engineering Direction and Delivery

  • Set priorities and provide clear direction to the engineering team.
  • Guide projects from discovery and planning through launch.
  • Keep delivery focused on deadlines, customer value, and measurable outcomes.
  • Resolve questions and roadblocks while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Ensure product changes are introduced without disrupting existing customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 5–7 years of product management experience.
  • Experience building, rebuilding, or significantly transforming a software product, not just maintaining an established one
  • Experience owning a product from customer discovery through delivery and launch.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to turn complex feedback into clear priorities and requirements.
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions with limited direction.
  • Driven, organized, and focused on meeting deadlines.
  • Open-minded and willing to challenge established ways of working.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience working with ERP, commerce, SaaS, or other business software platforms.
  • Experience modernizing an established or legacy software product.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows, and software development processes.
  • Experience directing distributed or offshore engineering teams.

Why [REDACTED]?

  • Own the direction of a business-critical product undergoing meaningful transformation.
  • Help create the product rather than simply manage an existing one.
  • Work directly with customers, engineering, and leadership.
  • Have visible influence over the platform's design, priorities, and long-term direction.
  • Join a small team where independence, judgment, and initiative are valued.

Join Us

Join [REDACTED] and turn a trusted ERP platform into a stronger product built around real customer needs.

We use AI-powered tools (including transcription and automated note-taking) during portions of our interview process to support a consistent and thorough candidate experience. Candidates who require alternative accommodation may request it at any stage of the recruitment process.

[REDACTED] is committed to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and all qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
