📋 Description

• Own the Agent Approve and Detect product roadmaps end to end
• Lead continuous discovery with customers, prospects and internal stakeholders
• Translate ideas and customer problems into low- and high-fidelity prototypes
• Work closely with engineering and design to turn strategy into well-defined delivery plans
• Build strong relationships across engineering, commercial, customer success and marketing
• Stay close to industry trends, regulatory developments and competitor activity
• Use data and metrics to inform prioritisation and measure success of shipped features

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience owning a roadmap from discovery through to delivery
• Domain expertise in financial services, compliance, risk or regulatory technology
• Experience leading stakeholder discovery and translating insights into product strategy
• Strong product judgement and clear communication skills
• Ability to define direction and explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytically rigorous and capable of building trusted relationships with engineers, designers and senior commercial stakeholders
• Self-directed, proactive and comfortable operating in early-stage or ambiguous product environments
