📋 Description
- Understand competitive market intelligence and conduct research to inform our AI roadmap and features while ensuring product/market fit.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps in partnership with the Agentic AI COE Leader and cross-functional teams that results in customer impact.
- Support the COE Leader in assessing AI innovation opportunities across industries.
- Collaborate with sales, solution consulting, design, engineering, data science, and ServiceNow platform teams to deliver high-impact AI capabilities and IP.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, ROI and business outcomes.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, multi-agent systems, and enterprise automation.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI, machine learning, or enterprise software.
- 7+ years of experience in a consulting or a product company.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into platforms like ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, autonomous agents, and NLP.
- Experience with AI cloud services from AWS, Google GCP, Azure, etc.
- Experience in launching enterprise AI solutions with exposure to AI governance, ethics, responsibility, etc.
- Experience working in services or consulting environments preferred specifically with AI
