We're looking for a Product Growth Lead with proven e-commerce experience – someone who thrives on driving product adoption, growth, and revenue. If you love testing, optimizing, and scaling products in a fast-paced environment, this is your place.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the growth and marketing strategy for a variety of DTC e-commerce products
• Plan and execute paid campaigns across channels like YouTube and Meta
• Analyze performance data to identify wins, cut losses, and scale profitably
• Collaborate with creatives, media buyers, operations, and supply teams
• Optimize ads, landing pages, offers, and funnels for maximum conversion
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Stay ahead and act on market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Strong background in e-commerce within Marketing Project Management and/or performance marketing
• Proven track record of successfully managing DTC or digital products
• Ability to create content that resonates with target audiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking and experience in turning vision into actionable plans
• Data-driven decision-making skills and experience tracking KPIs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
• Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, A/B testing tools, etc.)
