UI/UX & Graphic Designer (One Role)

What you'll do

Own the end-to-end design craft across product and marketing:

Product & UX

• Lead UI/UX for the [REDACTED] App and [REDACTED] Event: research, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, design systems, and handoff.
• Build interactive prototypes (bonus if you use ProtoPie or Jitter) to validate ideas and communicate motion states/micro-interactions.
• Create accessible, scalable components in Figma (auto-layout, variants, tokens), and maintain our design system.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ship pixel-perfect features.

Brand & Visual

• Design all social media and advert posters (static, carousels, short motion), aligned to our brand system.
• Lead website design for landing pages and campaigns (Webflow or similar a plus).
• Design email campaigns (layouts, imagery, and responsive testing) for lifecycle and launch comms.
• Produce assets for app stores, ads, events, and partner kits.

Quality & Growth

• Champion accessibility (WCAG 2.1), usability testing, and data-informed iterations.
• Support A/B tests and creative experiments; track what works and scale it.

What you've done

• 4+ years in UI/UX and graphic design with a portfolio of shipped product work and marketing creative.
• Expert in Figma; strong in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator; After Effects or motion tools a plus).
• Comfortable with interactive prototyping (ideally ProtoPie and/or Jitter; Framer/Proto.io/Justinmind also welcome).
