📋 Description

• Own the customer-facing documentation set, including release articles, live articles, and outdated content
• Publish every customer-facing release article on the day the release ships
• Confirm published content against the product and platform for accuracy
• Triage and fix feedback on live articles
• Restructure, rewrite, and update older documentation
• Produce screenshots, screen recordings, and short walkthroughs for releases
• Turn feature specifications into published articles
• Work with the Russian-speaking product team to understand product behavior and write it in English in the [REDACTED] voice and structure
• Review AI-generated drafts, verify claims against the product, and edit until complete
• Collaborate with English-speaking colleagues across departments to identify documentation gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing technical or product documentation, or tech content
• Proven ability to own documentation end-to-end, with responsibility for accuracy and clarity
• Near-native written English (C1/C2)
• Working Russian sufficient to source product behavior directly from a Russian-speaking team
• Ability to read technical specifications, follow basic API behavior, and write about it accurately
• Ability to record, edit, and ship clear screen-recorded walkthroughs
• Self-sufficiency and ability to apply standards without hand-holding
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting context and priorities
• Already using AI meaningfully in day-to-day work and understanding where it adds value
