📋 Description

• Manage the entire product development lifecycle for an assigned portfolio, including strategy, planning, and project leadership
• Own portfolio P&L and partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and other Product Directors
• Lead complex product development projects involving engineering, data, vendors, and other functions
• Develop and execute project plans with clearly defined performance indicators
• Report project updates to stakeholders
• Build relationships with internal cross-functional leaders, clients, partners, and suppliers
• Conduct financial analyses, develop business cases and pricing models, and track profitability
• Monitor product revenue performance and pipeline trends; refine monetization models
• Develop product strategies with the Product VP and senior leaders
• Support strategic initiatives, new capability development, partner programs, and portfolio enhancements
• Lead go-to-market processes for product features, betas, and releases
• Evaluate product ideas and opportunities for differentiation, feasibility, regulatory compliance, and data security
• Support quarterly product roadmap planning
• Provide input to the Product Owner on feature prioritization and process efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Master's Degree (Preferred)
• 8+ years of prior leadership and management experience required
• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with industry-related issues
• Knowledge of workflow and business relationships for all functional areas within the company
• Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI tools and [REDACTED] software required
• Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day product work required
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and marketing information, financial reporting, and legal documentation
• Ability to write reports and correspondence, discuss ideas at all organizational levels, and present information
• Ability to apply financial and profitability concepts to practical situations
• Ability to create and adapt products based on business and marketplace change
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, AI-enabled workflows required
• Ability to lead projects and initiatives impacting various functional areas
• Ability to solve complex problems with broad organizational impact
• Ability to align product opportunities with long-term business goals
