Product Designer

We are hiring a Product Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to carry well-scoped, ongoing work on a mature product under senior review, so the senior designers can focus on the new bet

This is deliberately the first seat below Senior on the team: a place to do real craft on a real product, with strong people to learn from, and a clear path toward Senior

• Own well-scoped, ongoing design work on a mature product area (likely Deploy): iterations, improvements, edge cases, polish, and consistency work, with review and direction from a Senior or Staff Designer
• Turn defined problems into clear, production-ready interface designs
• Contribute to research alongside a senior teammate. Run focused user interviews and usability checks. Synthesize findings with support
• Use the design system fluently. Reuse what is there, flag gaps when a pattern is missing. Owning or extending the system is not your job here; that sits with the seniors
• Partner with engineering and PM through implementation. Pair on edge cases. Communicate decisions with reasoning, not preference
• Contribute design assets to launches and releases (in-product onboarding, release-notes visuals, announcement surfaces) with guidance
• Build technical fluency. Be curious about DevOps, IaC, and the dense, technical workflows our users live in, even when it is new to you
