Main Responsibilities

• Lead design activities for [REDACTED], with hands-on ownership of the mobile apps and providing mentoring and guidance for the web platform;
• Uncover user experience issues and validate solutions by carrying out user interviews;
• Cooperate with CEO, Product Owners, Engineers, Copywriters, and other colleagues;
• Elevate the team across all product life-cycle stages by providing user-centric insights, mapping out the flows, framing problems, and designing user interactions;
• Make clear and intuitive prototypes out of broad and complex ideas;
• Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business, and technical considerations.

Core Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with user interface design & interaction design;
• At least 2 years of experience working with mobile app design;
