📋 Description

• Work cross-functionally to create and evolve the experience and interfaces of different digital products.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering to transform user needs and business requirements into flows, components, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Review and improve existing interfaces and prototypes, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Design and refine user flows and journeys across different products and contexts.
• Create responsive interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Create and enhance reusable components, contributing to consistency across products.
• Prepare specifications and documentation to guide interface development.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and alignment meetings with the teams involved.
• Deliver UX/UI work according to agreed priorities.
• Apply Design System standards and contribute to the evolution of shared components.
• Document interface usage rules, variations, states, and behaviors.
• Consider usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and technical feasibility when developing solutions.
• Conduct handoffs to Development, clarify questions, and follow up on implementation.
• Review implemented interfaces and flag any necessary adjustments.
• Present and explain design decisions, incorporating feedback from Product, Business, and Engineering.
• Organize activities across workstreams, communicating progress, dependencies, and blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in UX/UI or Product Design for digital products.
• A portfolio featuring examples of interfaces, flows, and prototypes that demonstrates the reasoning behind the solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating interfaces and prototypes, including Auto Layout, components, and variants.
• Experience using and evolving Design Systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of digital usability and accessibility best practices.
• Experience documenting interfaces and conducting handoffs to Development.
• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.
• Organization and flexibility to work across different products and adapt to changing priorities.
• Preferred: experience working cross-functionally across multiple products or squads.
• Preferred: experience with B2B, B2C, or enterprise platforms.
• Preferred: experience conducting user research, usability testing, and prototype validation.
• Preferred: familiarity with product metrics and using data to guide experience improvements.
• Preferred: experience documenting Design Systems, design tokens, and WCAG accessibility criteria.
• Preferred: knowledge of HTML and CSS to support collaboration with the Development team.
