📋 Description
- Define and evolve design frameworks, processes, and tools to scale best practices;
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing to create solutions that combine innovation, usability, and business impact;
- Identify improvement opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring data-driven decisions;
- Promote a user-centered culture by conducting research, interviews, and usability testing to validate hypotheses and user journey solutions;
- Evaluate how new products meet market needs and consumer preferences;
- Monitor experience metrics and propose continuous improvements to our flows and user journeys;
- Advocate UX/UI best practices, including accessibility and inclusive design;
- Influence strategic decisions and ensure design remains a competitive differentiator for the company.
🎯 Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma with projects delivered to production
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating visual presentations
- Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative work with cross-functional teams
- Higher education: Bachelor's degree, technologist degree, or technical diploma
