Product Designer - UX + Research

As a Designer II at Viva Engage's Spectrum Experience Collective in Hyderabad, you will be part of Studio+91, a 'microcosm of [REDACTED]' at the India Development Center. Your role involves collaborating with diverse teams across design, research, and design engineering to create meaningful product experiences for users of Edge, Bing, Office, Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, Notes, and Tasks.

Role Overview:

• Conceptualize and design original ideas that simplify complex design issues, focusing on cleanliness and inspiration.
• Ensure the experience vision aligns with user needs, tasks, marketing, and business requirements.
• Communicate and advocate design directions to team members, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver engaging user experiences across multiple screens and input modalities.
• Coordinate testing efforts with user researchers, interpret results, and incorporate findings into design efforts.
• Leverage existing design systems, communicate effectively with developers, and contribute to design processes.
• Oversee timelines, guide production, and drive alignment with partner design teams across [REDACTED].

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 3+ years of experience in product or service design, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.
