Product Designer UI / UX

As a Product Designer at [REDACTED], you will play a crucial role in designing real product experiences focused on intelligent research, data workflows, and high-context decision tools for finance professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and mid-fidelity UI designs in Figma
• Supporting ongoing UX improvements across dashboards, filters, list-building flows, and onboarding processes
• Researching competing SaaS platforms to analyze patterns, interaction models, and information architecture structures
• Assisting in user research synthesis by identifying friction points, suggesting improvements, and iterating on design solutions
• Collaborating directly with product and engineering teams to understand constraints and think in systems
• Helping refine empty states, in-app guidance, and product clarity to enhance user experience
• Contributing to maintaining visual consistency and evolving the design foundation of the product

You would be a strong fit for this role if you possess:

• A visible history of curiosity through side projects, redesign exercises, case studies, and experiments
• Genuine interest in product design, focusing on understanding why user flows work effectively
• Working knowledge of Figma (required) and familiarity with Adobe Suite, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of site mapping, information architecture, and user flows
• Basic awareness of software product development processes, including handoff, constraints, and iteration cycles
• Comfort in collaborating, asking questions, and receiving feedback positively
