📋 Description
- Own design for defined product areas, including the merchant-facing platform and parts of the consumer experience, from problem framing and user flows to final UI and implementation
- Pick up design needs across the business, including web and campaign pages and visual assets for internal and external use
- Explore several design directions before converging, present them to non-design stakeholders, and drive decisions to closure
- Design within the design system and contribute to component standards and consistency
- Run lightweight usability testing and use product and funnel data to improve live flows
- Design clear and compliant consumer-credit flows involving disclosures, consent and application steps
- Deliver clean, well-structured handoff and stay involved with developers through implementation and QA
- Work closely with product, commercial and engineering teams
- Own specific product areas end-to-end from problem understanding through shipped UI
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years designing shipped web and mobile products; fintech, e-commerce or B2B SaaS a plus
- Portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing problem, alternatives explored, decision, and outcome
- Strong [REDACTED] skills, including components, variants and auto-layout
- Experience working inside an existing design system
- Clear, confident written and spoken English
- Comfortable presenting and defending design choices
- Based in the EU with CET working-hours overlap
- Experience designing regulated or multi-step flows, such as onboarding, applications, payments or identity verification (nice to have)
- Experience designing for both consumers and business users (nice to have)
- Basic prototyping in code or motion design (nice to have)
