This role sits within the Card Spend squad, a high-impact team responsible for building and growing [REDACTED]'s card products. These products are central to how customers spend with [REDACTED] every day, and the work you do here directly shapes their experience. As a Product Designer I, you'll work as part of a close-knit triad with Product and Engineering, contributing to meaningful outcomes while continuing to grow your craft within a supportive design community.

What you'll own

• Designing intuitive, elegant and engaging customer experiences across [REDACTED]'s card spend journeys
• Partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to solve customer problems that balance desirability, feasibility and business outcomes
• Applying design thinking from problem definition through to high-quality execution
• Exploring ideas broadly, refining options and confidently forming design opinions
• Using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, trade-offs and experimentation
• Designing, running and learning from experiments to continuously improve the product
• Championing a Customer First mindset and acting as an advocate for our customers
• Contributing to the Card Spend roadmap, longer-term strategy and the evolution of our design system
