About this role
[REDACTED] is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our platform. You’ll join a small design team with a lot of ownership and a high bar for craft, working across the entire [REDACTED] product to solve hard problems for technical users
This role covers the full arc of the work: early exploration through production. You’ll establish patterns that show up across the product, evolve our design system, and raise the quality bar as we scale
- Lead product design end to end, including research, product definition, prototypes, design reviews, specs, and final implementation
- Work directly with engineering and product to frame problems, explore solutions, and ship quickly
- Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows, validate ideas, and test prototypes
- Push the visual and interaction quality of the [REDACTED] product across surfaces
- Create interactions and details that make complex technical workflows feel clear, fast, and polished
- Evolve our design system and establish patterns that scale across a growing product
- Look across the product for opportunities to improve consistency, usability, and overall quality
- Get into the code with engineers to polish UI and make sure the shipped experience matches the design
- Help shape how the design team works and raise the bar for product quality across the company
Benefits
- Remote-first work environment. The [REDACTED] team is welcome to work from wherever they want; fully remote, in our San Francisco office, or a mix of both. Today, our team (including our founding team) is spread across the United States, Canada, and Armenia. We provide a $1,000 stipend for you to make your home-office comfortable and productive
- Regular in-person team summits. We get together as a team three times a year to plan, workshop, and most importantly, get to know each other better

- Full healthcare coverage. Medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your family
- Paid parental leave. 16-weeks fully paid parental leave (adoptive and non-birth parents included) and flexibility with schedules while returning to work

- Learning and development budget. We encourage you to take classes, attend conferences, and invest in your craft and we’ll cover expenses to make it happen
