Product Designer

• As a Product Designer at [REDACTED], you'll play a pivotal role in helping businesses uphold strong compliance standards and manage risk with confidence
• You'll design intuitive experiences that empower customers to make informed compliance and risk decisions in highly regulated industries
• Working closely with Product and Engineering partners, you'll own the end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery, bringing a balance of craft, systems thinking, and curiosity to every stage
• Candidates should be based within a commutable distance, as we believe in the value of in-person collaboration and building strong team connections while also supporting flexibility where possible
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to refine problems, explore solutions, and deliver designs that strike the right balance between customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Own the end-to-end design process, from early discovery to launch, using design best practices to drive impact at every stage
• Turn dense or ambiguous data into experiences that build trust and clarity for our customers
• Use storytelling to bring clarity and meaning to complex business identity and risk concepts, helping others understand the "why" behind your work
• Shape and evolve [REDACTED]'s design system and visual language to ensure consistency, accessibility, and craft across all products
