Responsibilities

Design digital user interfaces, create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve and/or define visual systems for web-based applications and technologies with a focus on aesthetics and design.

• Take broad, conceptual ideas and create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for supported platforms.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to iterate and oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch.
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
• Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors.
• Partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and to integrate technical constraints into design solutions, leveraging a strong foundation in computer science to communicate effectively and bridge the gap between design intent and technical implementation.
• Leading the iterative design process by rapidly prototyping and testing design solutions, and incorporating feedback from user testing, stakeholder reviews, and market analysis into design iterations.
