📋 Description

• Design user-centered experiences for [REDACTED]-based recruiting applications and workflows.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Develop journey maps, process flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Translate complex recruiting and business requirements into intuitive user experiences and streamlined workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Leads, [REDACTED] Developers, Business Analysts, Army stakeholders, and end users throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and experience requirements for Agile development.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and improve usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and design technologies to accelerate design and enhance user experiences.
• Design AI-driven experiences using [REDACTED] Einstein, Agentforce, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Maintain design systems, component libraries, style guides, and interface standards.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and recommend product improvements.
• Create visualizations and design artifacts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure compliance with Army, DoD, accessibility, and security requirements.
• Present design recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to program deliverables, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field plus one full academic year of graduate education in a specialized field; OR bachelor's degree in a specialized field plus two years of relevant experience; OR bachelor's degree in any field with at least three years of specialized experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Experience designing user experiences, user interfaces, workflows, or digital products for enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of human-centered design, design thinking, and user research methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, mockups, process flows, and design documentation.
• Familiarity with [REDACTED] platform capabilities and user experience considerations.
• Experience gathering and translating customer requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Experience collaborating within Agile teams and supporting iterative product development.
• Understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for research, content generation, prototyping, workflow optimization, or user experience improvements.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled [REDACTED] capabilities, including Einstein or Agentforce, preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Ability to operate independently and present solutions to complex problems.
• Attention to detail while balancing mission priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
