📋 Description

• Lead product design and creative direction for [REDACTED]'s consumer insights product
• Design core product experiences end-to-end, from exploration through launch and iteration
• Design experiences for the B2B platform and consumer app serving 3 million users
• Create polished interfaces that build trust and showcase data and AI technology
• Define the product roadmap and establish design language, systems, and culture
• Ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market teams
• Use qualitative interviews and customer feedback to shape product decisions and enterprise-focused design solutions
• Iterate and ship weekly based on user feedback and data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing software products
• Ability to design quickly and efficiently using Figma
• Experience designing end-to-end experiences from scratch
• Strong design vision and high standards for design quality
• Experience actively using LLMs such as ChatGPT or Claude in the design workflow
• Strong product intuition focused on simplicity and clarity
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering
• Ability to explore, iterate, and revise designs based on user data
• Startup experience, AI interaction design, and enterprise-grade product design are bonuses
