Product Designer

We’re hiring a Product Designer to own a set of existing product surfaces end to end: understand how they’re used, sharpen them, and ship improvements at a steady cadence, working directly with product and engineering

You’ll join a small design team and work in a culture where product partners bring a clear point of view, design materialises it, and we test it with real users fast

Own the experience of established product lines: diagnose, redesign, iterate, and ship

Take a brief that’s more conversation than document and return with something better than was asked for

Design across the full range of real-world states - sparse data, dense data, mobile, desktop, embedded and standalone - so every variation feels intentional

Build interactive prototypes that engineers can feel, not just read

Work inside a shared, evolving design system, reusing existing patterns by default and proposing new ones only where they earn their place

Run lightweight user sessions on your own prototypes and fold what you learn back in
