📋 Description

• Contribute to the end-to-end design process — from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. • Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to design features that solve real user problems while maintaining consistency across [REDACTED]. • Participate in user testing and design critiques to validate ideas and continuously improve the user experience. • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts and flows. • Iterate based on feedback and data to refine usability and visual design. • Design clean, accessible, and cohesive UI components that align with our design system and brand guidelines. • Collaborate with the design systems team to contribute patterns, components, and visual assets. • Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is met throughout implementation. • Partner with other designers to maintain consistency, share learnings, and elevate design quality across the product suite. • Stay curious — explore design trends, tools, and technologies that help push our UX/UI forward.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience and portfolio work. • A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects that demonstrate your design process, visual craft, and problem-solving approach. • Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite. • Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices. • Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with front-end implementation concepts (a plus)…
