📋 Description
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems
- Create innovative, highly usable solutions that meet customer needs
- Own the full design process from initial sketch through feature launch and performance monitoring
- Advocate for users throughout the design process
- Conduct extensive user research to inform design decisions
- Iterate on solutions based on feedback and data
- Keep current with design trends, techniques, and practices
- Collaborate with the design guild to improve design systems and processes
- Take autonomous ownership and responsibility for work
- Provide and receive actionable feedback from teammates
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies
- Deep fluency in design thinking, user-centered methodologies, UX research, prototyping, and iterative design
- Ability to understand how designs solve user and business problems
- Experience owning a design area end-to-end
- Ability to make strategic design decisions and balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas and solutions
- Ability to conduct user research, understand data, and validate ideas
- Excellent knowledge of design tools
- Strong knowledge of design systems
- Driven, creative, and hungry for knowledge
- Impressive online portfolio
