Product Designer

[REDACTED] is the largest on-demand workforce platform in Baltics that connects businesses with short-term workers, making hiring simple, efficient, and flexible. We've established operations in Latvia, Lithuania and Poland and are now expanding into Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

As we are expanding, we are looking for Product Designer to join our team!

What Were Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products (web and mobile) as an individual contributor;
• Strong execution skills in UX and UI, not just high-level concepts;
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration;
• Experience working with component-based UI and contributing to scalable design systems;
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in startups or early-stage product teams;
• Experience conducting or participating in user interviews and usability testing.

What You'll Do:

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-quality UI across web and mobile;
• Take well-framed problems from concept to polished, production-ready design;
• Explore multiple design directions and iterate based on feedback and testing;
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product during design and implementation to ensure solutions are built and refined as intended;
• Use user feedback and data to continuously improve shipped features;
• Contribute to and extend our design system by creating, updating, and using shared components and patterns.
