📋 Description
- Contribute to the design process from research through delivery, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, for features in complex, regulated domains
- Develop and maintain components within the existing design system using established patterns
- Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces focused on interaction design, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Align design decisions with product goals and user needs and explain reasoning to stakeholders and engineers
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in design workshops and collaborative problem-solving
- Incorporate AI tools into the daily design workflow
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and product thinking
- Experience ideally in complex or regulated subject matter
- Strong knowledge of web guidelines, responsive design, and accessibility
- Analytical mindset and ability to simplify dense, regulated content for end users
- Experience in fintech, healthtech, legaltech, or similar high-complexity domains
- Experience working within an existing design system, building components and reusable patterns
- Experience participating in design workshops and collaborative problem-solving
- Ability to present and explain design decisions, including pushing back on stakeholders or engineers when needed
- English at C1 level or higher
- Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews
- Proficiency in [REDACTED]

- Data visualization or dashboard design experience is a plus
