📋 Description

• Lead complex Product Design initiatives from discovery to delivery, connecting user needs, product strategy, clinical impact, and business objectives
• Plan and conduct high-complexity qualitative and quantitative research
• Structure research strategies, synthesize evidence, and translate findings into direction for multiple products and squads
• Translate complex problems into flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
• Define and evolve experience patterns, Design System, accessibility, and interface quality
• Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers, Engineering, Data, Growth, and clinical teams
• Influence prioritization, roadmap definition, and product decisions based on data, research, and systems thinking
• Define frameworks for measuring experience, metrics, hypotheses, and experiments
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using behavioral data, research, feedback, and experimentation
• Serve as a technical reference for Product Designers through design critiques, mentorship, quality reviews, and sharing best practices
• Explore Artificial Intelligence, personalization, automation, and data-driven design in the digital health ecosystem
• Represent Product Design in strategic forums and promote a user-centered culture

• Be a technical reference in Product Design, solving the organization’s most complex challenges
• Influence strategic product decisions by connecting user experience, business goals, and clinical impact
• Work beyond the squad, promoting alignment, consistency, and evolution of the experience across products and teams
• Continuously evolve the Design System, experience patterns, and the quality of Design craft
• Structure frameworks for research, experimentation, and measurement
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear direction for product and business
• Develop other designers through mentorship, design critiques, and knowledge sharing
• Explore and incorporate new technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence
• Experience in healthtech, telemedicine, or highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of LGPD, accessibility, and inclusive design
• Experience with Design Systems, information architecture, service design, and mapping complex journeys
• Experience with research, experimentation, and experience measurement frameworks
• Knowledge of data visualization, personalization, behavioral science, and gamification
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to the Design process or building AI-enabled products, including LLMs, agents, copilots, or conversational experiences
• Experience with motion design, microinteractions, and visually high-quality interfaces
• Previous work at digital product consultancies or in high-complexity environments
• Active participation in the Design community through articles, talks, mentorship, workshops, or content production
