📋 Description

• Own design areas end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing through flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration
• Build and maintain a design system across web and mobile
• Design complex financial workflows, including states and edge cases
• Make scope and tradeoff decisions with product and engineering
• Design within integration-partner capabilities and challenge constraints when needed
• Run customer research, interviews, usability testing, and prototype testing
• Translate research findings into design direction
• Define quality standards for owned product areas
• Contribute to product strategy and shape future product development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Meaningful experience with complex, multi-surface products across web and mobile
• Proven fintech experience shipping financial products at depth
• Experience with crypto or onchain products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work on complex products; required with application
• Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system
• Comfort with technically deep product surfaces and extensive third-party integrations
• Strong systems thinking across patterns, states, and components
• Sound judgment on scope, sequencing, and prioritization
• Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team
• Fluency in Figma
• Ability to work within European time zones and working hours
