About the Role

[REDACTED] is seeking a Product Designer who wants to shape design at scale from user feedback and product data. This role offers a rare opportunity to help reimagine and unify a complex SaaS platform used by nonprofits, donors, volunteers, and supporters to power social good. You'll tackle complex, end-to-end problems with a strong user-centered mindset, designing thoughtful, scalable, and accessible experiences across products and teams. You'll work closely with product managers, engineering, and fellow designers to contribute to a growing design system. Use tools like Figma, Pendo, Helio, and agentic AI to explore ideas, validate decisions, and move faster without sacrificing quality. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys ownership and autonomy, values collaboration and feedback, and is motivated by continuous learning—especially when the work directly supports missions that matter.
