Product Designer

Role Overview:

You will be joining [REDACTED] Design as a Product Designer to shape next-generation enterprise experiences for [REDACTED] Journey Optimiser (AJO) within [REDACTED] Experience Cloud. Your role will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop design solutions that redefine how brands build, optimize, and personalize experiences to advance their objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with partners across the entire [REDACTED] organization to deliver solutions that have a direct and measurable impact on the business. Your work will involve designing, building, and testing interactive prototypes and ensuring visual language and interaction patterns align with [REDACTED]s design system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop design solutions
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and executive leaders
• Tell compelling design stories through sketches, storyboards, and high-fidelity mock-ups
• Design, build, and test interactive prototypes
• Prototype and iterate rapidly using AI-assisted tools and vibe-coding techniques
• Ensure visual language and interaction patterns align with [REDACTED]s design system
• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers
• Be the voice of the user, balancing user requirements, client objectives, and reality

Qualifications Required:

Must-Haves:

• A degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product design
• Ability to grasp complex design problems and translate them into practical solutions
