Product Designer

We’re hiring a Product Designer to lead the design of some of [REDACTED]’s most important member experiences across Growth, Spending, or Lending

This is a highly influential individual contributor role for a designer who combines exceptional visual craft with systems thinking and product strategy

You’ll help define not just how our products look and feel, but what we build and why—creating experiences that millions of members rely on to make financial progress

You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Content Design to solve complex customer problems, shape product direction, and deliver elegant, intuitive experiences from concept through launch

• Own the end-to-end design vision and execution for complex, high-impact product initiatives across Growth, Spending, or Lending
• Shape product strategy alongside Product, Engineering, Research, and Data partners, helping define what we build—not just how it looks
• Transform ambiguous opportunities into elegant, intuitive experiences that simplify financial decision-making for millions of members
• Design polished, production-ready user experiences across mobile and web with exceptional attention to visual craft, interaction design, accessibility, and usability
• Use customer research, experimentation, analytics, and sound design judgment to make informed decisions and continuously improve member outcomes
• Contribute to the evolution of [REDACTED]’s design system while establishing new patterns that scale across products
• Raise the quality bar for design through thoughtful critique, collaboration, mentorship, and a relentless commitment to craft
