Product Designer (Mid–Senior)

We're looking for a Product Designer (Mid–Senior) to shape the next generation of our end to end AI proposal platform, from problem discovery through to polished interfaces. You'll work across UX and UI, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to define how users collaborate with AI in their day‑to‑day workflows. This is a hands‑on role with room to grow into more strategic ownership as you demonstrate impact.

What You'll Do

• Turn problems into product: Partner with Product and Engineering to define user problems, explore solution spaces, and translate them into clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design AI‑assisted workflows: Craft interaction patterns that help users co‑write with AI, feel in control, and understand what the system is doing and why.
• End‑to‑end journeys: Take features from discovery to final UI, iterating through research, testing, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Elevate craft and consistency: Contribute to and evolve our design system so experiences feel coherent, accessible, and visually refined.
• Advocate for users: Run or support research and usability sessions with customers and internal users; bring insights back into product decisions.
• Collaborate to ship: Work closely with engineers on implementation details, edge cases, and QA to ensure what we ship matches the intent of the design.
