Job Description

As a Product Designer with a strong interest in UI and visual design, you'll work across brands such as Cannes Lions, Money 20/20 and more. You'll support the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across our marketing websites and core platforms, including our awards entry system and pass manager. This role is ideal for a Junior or early-career Product Designer (1–3 years' experience) looking to grow strong UI and product design foundations in a supportive team

As part of a three-person design team, you'll work on projects alongside more senior designers, product managers, engineers and stakeholders. You'll contribute to exploring problems, translating business and user needs into thoughtful and usable designs, and guiding work through development to release.
